The payee signs online
The payee gets a link by email or WhatsApp, sees what the money was for, and signs that they received it.
Corrections without starting over
A voucher can be corrected at any approval step, in place, keeping the same voucher number.
How it works

Raise the voucher
Record the payee, the amount, what it is for and a note for the approvers.

It is approved
Each approver in turn reviews it, and can send it back for correction.

It is paid and signed for
Once paid, the payee signs for it online and the signed copy is kept on file.
